The process of creating a stand is tantamount to registering a user account, so after completing the registration form, a user stand is created (of course, the stand, as well as the possibility of logging in to the user account, are available only after the Administrator's verification).

Please note that it is possible to add only one stand to a specific edition of Ekogala.

If we already have an active account, and thus - an active stand, then if you plan to participate in the next edition of Ekogala, log in to your user account and after entering the 'My stands' tab, click on the 'Add a stand' button - it will be synonymous with creating a stand for the next edition of Ekogala.

Important: Remember that you are responsible for the content of your stand.

The ability to add products is available to users whose accounts have been verified by the Administrator.

To add a product, you should log in to your user account, and then go to the 'My products' -> 'Add a product' tab. A form will then appear to complete the name and description of the product being entered.

Important: Remember that when you add a product, it is obligatory to enter the name and description in both the Polish and English versions, thanks to which our product will also be visible to users who use the website in the English version.

Participation in Ekogala is also associated with the obligatory completion of the documents that we will receive from the Administrator.

The possibility to preview and sign the available documents is available in the tab 'My documents' -> 'List of documents'.

After entering the tab, we will see a list of documents that we sign by clicking on the pen icon in the Options.

The 'Status' column is also visible in the table. If the user signs the document, it is verified by the Administrator, which results in the Waiting for confirmation status. If the document has been accepted by the Administrator, the status will change to Signed.

Thanks to the statuses, we have the opportunity to check at what stage of verification individual documents are.
